January 2009 As we are blanketed by five inches of snow covered by a blanket of ice, my mind wanders to what this year will offer in terms of opportunities of real estate. The truth of the numbers are; the same amount of sales are still happening in Louisville as there always have been. Last year, according to the courier journal, median home prices dropped 2.9%. So, we are not in crises though people sometimes act like we are. I've turned off the news. Current media is silly and not entirely grounded in reality. So, I'm off it. I'm controlling what goes into my mind.
The goal for the upcoming year is to flip 25 homes. I never have before. It's a goal that should really stretch Lynn and I.
